We have used Roth rock for several years and they have always been great! But as of late we seem to be having some issues my husband had an appointment for his truck to get an oil change and tire rotation and three rims dismounted, so two rims got dismounted, which was fine but it’s very loud in that office at some point in time and, my husband said excuse me I didn’t hear what you said and the owner blew up and started yelling. I don’t think that’s very good customer service. I know everybody’s busy I know sometimes we’re having a bad day but we need to compose ourselves otherwise you’ll have no customers at all .

Needed work done on my 2005 jaguar wagon could not get any one to touch it just because it was a jaguar talking to them said no problem bring it in I brought the parts and they got it done fast and reasonable and told me that I didn't need the other side fixed because it was ok and would be a waste of money to do that now saving me a lot of money took it back a second time for more work and again fast and accurate as well as a third again Fast Accurate and Reasonable now I don't know about you but when you find a place that can provide you with a clean efficient service and mean it when they say no problem we can get that done for you with out hesitation that is a company that you can depend upon to do the job correctly the first time I need it done with no excuses Will take all my auto repair needs to every time knowing that it will be done right Frederick Clark Kentland indiana

Got me in first thing in the morning. Got my truck fixed in about 30 minutes. Quick in and out.

Just had a small lift and new rims installed on my truck at Rothrock tires. I couldn't be happier, the truck was done 2 days early and looks amazing. The price was reasonable and I was given daily updates while they were working on it. I highly recommend this business, they do quality work. I will definitely go back when I need new tires!

Got a flat on the interstate. They were able to see me quickly, offer options at different budgets, and get my tire back on quickly. Staff were very friendly.
